The Community

Enviro-Pac is set up to act a Public Private Partner (PPP) and can assist with the capital investments needed for community construction of above 250,000 dwelling units and apartments complexes. These residential development could be based on a neighborhood concept designed to accommodate residents in a balanced mix of low-density, single-family units and more concentrated multiple-family units. Such a variety would offer living accommodations suitable to various family sizes and family incomes.

The commercial land-use pattern of the new community should establish clearly defined commercial facilities of the neighborhood, community and regional type. The facilities could be designed to be compact in form, efficient in function and visually pleasing. Community facilities such as schools, health facilities, cultural and religious building, government buildings, and recreational areas should be included.

Electric Power

Enviro-Pac and its consortium of associated companies recognizes that the availability of abundant, low-cost electric power is critical in the development of the industries.  Recognizing this energy need in manufacturing and in an effort to provide a low cost affordable solution, we focus on the use of natural gas (mainly the flared gases) as the oblivious choice of fuel for electric power generating system for immediate growth and subsequent availability.

Natural Gas

As stated above, Enviro-Pac Inc recognizes the abundance of natural gas and other natural resource available within African countries and consequently, coupled with our associates, are postured to build and develop manufacturing facilities to produce gas pipe lines as needed to transport those fuel sources to marketable locations.

We have the ability and desire to finance this and like infrastructure, transmission, energy production, electric power generation facilities required in support of high gas consuming hydrocarbon industries such as steel, copper, rare earth and aluminum plant among other energy intensive industries.

Transportation

Enviro-pac and its associated consortium members will work with governments and businesses to implement the necessary expansion of rail, air, and land transportation facilities for movement of people and goods within the coastal area. It may be desirable to Enviro-Pac and its associated consortium members to provide a rail line between the areas selected for the distribution of food products by ship, rail, and truck.

Telecommunications

Enviro-Pac and its associated consortium members recognizes that modern communication system are being developed by newly formed joint ventures through-out the world and plans to utilize existing telecommunication companies for all telecommunication needs.

Planned telecommunication system needs will link satellites to ground and or fiber optics for telephone, telefax, radio, and television and e-commerce.

Fresh Water

Fresh water is essential for industrial, municipal and power use, as well as for potential agricultural development within all community areas. It is likely that natural fresh water supplies will have to be supplemented with desalted water/brackish water from a combined power-desalting complex.

Enviro-Pac will assist our clients in identifying and or developing best or alternative sources of fresh and sanitary waters for its citizens, communities and industries.

Financing

Two major types of financing could are envisioned: financing for infrastructure and financing for the complex.

  • With respect to infrastructure, both private and reinvestment will be utilized.
  • Enviro-Pac and its associated consortium members envisions that through a trade platform funding mechanism we will work with businesses and government to provide a debt free program under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) format and create a customary profit sharing system benefiting the business, government and local community.
  •  This category of funding would be through the placement of Bank Guarantees other attractive forms of financing.
